The EC226 is the last member of Scotsman's Ices' EC range. With a capacity to produce up to 145kg of ice per 24-hour cycle, the Scotsman EC226 Self-Contained Gourmet Ice Machine is the go-to model for use in bars, restaurants, hotels and cafes. It produces medium to large gourmet ice cubes.
