With dimensions ranging from 1100 x 11000 x 900 mm, you’ll make enough food to feed every hungry mouth! The Oil Jacketed Boiling pot is able to handle a capacity of up to 135 litres. Sounds great, right?
To ensure the boiling pot’s handler is safe, there is a safety over-riding thermostat included in the pot. We care about our clients’ safety!
The inner pan of the boiling pot is constructed from grade 304 Stainless Steel with an integral rim. The Stainless Steel material is great at preventing rust from forming on your precious cooker. The outer casing of the pot is also constructed from Stainless Steel with thick insulation to further ensure no heat is lost.
Also included in the boiling pot are sheathed immersion heating elements for supplying the temperatures needed to thoroughly cook the food.
The cooker’s lid is also constructed from grade 304 Stainless Steel materials with a heat-insulated handle. This will ensure you don’t burn your hand when you lift up the lid to check on the delicious food you’re brewing inside the pot!
