The Deluxe EasyTOUCH 12.20 is part of Convotherm's Deluxe EasyTOUCH floor standing ovens. With the capacity to hold 24 GN1/1 sized trays, the Deluxe EasyTOUCH 12.20 is a good unit to acquire if you require an oven that can keep up with intensive, commercial use. It comes in four variants: the ES, EB, GS and GB variants.

• Convotherm's ConvoClean system comes standard on the Deluxe EasyTOUCH 12.20. This system automates the washing and cleaning cycle, eliminating a tedious task from your task list.
• The Deluxe EasyTOUCH 12.20 also has WIFI and LAN connectivity. In addition to this, a USB port is integrated into the control panel. All these three combine to make it a tech savvy device capable of functioning in today's smart kitchen.
