They are perfect for those looking for Tilting Kettles that are much more suited to low intensity/volume uses. Both the C20E and the C20S have a single pot configuration.

• Capdan's 20 Litre single pot steam jacketed kettles are used to prepare small quantities of a broad range of food: vegetables, rice, soups, eggs, gravies and much more.
• The 20 Litre single pot tilting kettles comes in two versions: the C20E, which is an electrically heated single unit model with a self-generating steam unit and the C20S, which is a single unit model with direct steam. It requires a boiler and has an average steam consumption of 15kg/hr.
