With a capacity to hold up to 50 Litres, they are undoubtedly ideal for use in supermarkets, hostels, and schools, which do not require a large volume of product to be prepared quickly.

Features:

• ‘The A50E and the A50S are the smallest members of Capdan’s ”Econo” steam jacketed static pot range. They are also non-tilting and come with no mixers. They prepare all menu items from mealie pap, rice, stews, puddings, gravies, pasta, and more, which would usually be cooked in pots on stoves.
• The A50E and A50S have a cooking capacity of 50 liters, so they are ideal for low-volume/intensity use cases.
• Capdan’s A50E Econo pot has a self-generating steaming unit, while the A50S has a direct steaming configuration.
