Situated in the “Mother City,” Hotel Verde is one of South Africa’s most progressive hotels, being widely regarded as Africa’s Greenest hotel.

Caterware was contracted to design an environmentally friendly kitchen and buffet solution for the hotel. We consulted to ensure that the kitchen had equipment at the forefront of energy-saving and provided the technicians to install it appropriately.

The end result was a kitchen and buffet section that played a key part in the ground-breaking accreditation achieved by the hotel.
