Built with the nature lover in mind, this beautiful 24-guest, 5-star lodge is located right in the middle of Botswana’s Okavango Delta. It is a remote camp that offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere to its guests.

As a result of its remoteness, the camp has to rely on alternative energy sources to keep it operational. Caterware was contracted to design the camp’s main kitchen, Butlers’ Station, Staff Dining, and a Front-Of-House Buffet station. We also supplied the necessary appliances and had our technical team fit out everything professionally.

The result was an efficient, low-power solution that minimized the electrical load on the camp’s power supply and delivered a menu in keeping with the camp’s 5-star status.
