Key Management
Our Cape Town Sales Manager:
has international experience in sales and operational management. He has worked in a variety of different industries including IT Software, Car Rentals and Document Management. His work has taken him from Australia to New Zealand, Malaysia and the Middle East.

Our Cape Town New Business Development Manager:
has a diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the Cape Town University of Technology. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining Caterware, he worked as a design consultant; owned and operated restaurants; and worked for 2 different catering groups. He has been successfully designing and installation kitchens for clients for past 7 years.

Our Jhb New Business Development Manager:
has 16 years experience in Airline Catering Management with major corporate companies, working with teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver excellent results to clients like SAA, British Airways and KLM.

Our Financial Manager:
holds a B. Com degree in accounting from the University of Rhodes. She has done further post-graduate studies in the business field. She has worked in Zimbabwe, London and South Africa as an accountant and she has extensive experience in a variety of different industries.

Directors
Financial Director - Tom Fehrsen:
holds a B. Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant. He worked for Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg, South Africa Additionally he worked as an accountant in London and was involved in the African Enterprise Leadership Program as a Coordinator.

Managing Director - Tim Leher:
Tim holds a B. Com degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town. He worked for Procter & Gamble, Inc. in Germany from 1996-99, and in South Africa from 1999-2001. He served as Category Manager for the Company for East and West Africa, based in Lagos from 2001-2003 before relocating to South Africa to build Caterware.
